We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For for most items except greeting cards which do not require signing for. For larger or heavier items we use Parcelforce express48 which should arrive within 2 days of the despatch date.

Prints and Frames. These are made to order from a small but specialist supplier so please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

We currently only ship to the UK. However, if you live outside the UK and would like to purchase anything, please get in touch with your details and we will get back to you with a shipping price.


We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to exchange a product, provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days if bought in-store, or 14 days if bought online, wherever possible in the original packaging and with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Please send the goods back to us at our address below at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract. If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the item. If you are returning an item because it is damaged, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. Please keep a receipt for your postage charges and include it with the return.

We are unable to offer an exchange on any commissioned pieces. Please note we will refund your delivery charges when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
